FAQs

1. What does the 72-hour cancellation policy mean? What happens if I amend my booking within 72 hours?

If you need to cancel your reservation or make changes, you can do so 72 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations can be activated by clicking the ‘cancel’ icon in your confirmation email. Alternatively you can reach out to us via email at info@awong.co.uk, or give us a ring on 0207-828-8931.

Any cancellations or amendments within 72-hours of the reservation time incur a cancellation charge – £100 per guest for lunch and £200 per guest for dinner.

2. Do we have a dress code for the restaurant?

We encourage our guests to be comfortable but would kindly ask you to be casually smart.

3. What is the restaurant's Children's policy?

We unfortunately don’t have a separate menu for children and therefore ask that they partake in the whole menu.

4. Why do we have a minimum spend per head for lunch?

In order to enjoy our Dim Sum experience, the minimum spend gives an indication of the price point for guests to explore our Dim Sum menu and extensive beverage offerings.

5. Do we cater to dietary requirements?

At the heart of our food is the essence of sharing and commensality. Both lunch and dinner menus are served in a collection format where multiple dishes arrive at the table simultaneously for the whole party to share. Catering for individual dietary requirements can be difficult, but the chef and the team will try our best to write up a menu suitable for the whole table.

If you need to speak to us or get more clarity, give us a ring or email us at info@awong.co.uk.
